I'm a certified Usui Reiki Master. My work is accredited by the International Reiki Organization and Natural Healer Society.

In my practice, I honour the traditional Usui method of Reiki, originally documented by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and passed down through generations.

Alongside Reiki, I also integrate kinesiology into my holistic approach to support emotional well-being, inner balance, and personal growth.

Each of my sessions is individually tailored to the needs of my clients. Whether through Reiki, kinesiology, or a combination of both, my intention is to create a safe, mindful, and supportive space where deep relaxation, self-awareness, and inner transformation can unfold.
