I'm a certified Usui Reiki Master and Kinesiology student. My work is accredited by the International Reiki Organization and Natural Healer Society.

In my practice, I focus on the traditional Usui method of Reiki, originally documented by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and passed down through generations.

Each of my sessions is individually tailored to the needs of my clients. Creating a safe, mindful, and supportive space is very important to me - a space where deep relaxation and inner processes can unfold.
